bad bad service

<p>I contacted Multi Choice on the 20th April regarding my account , I spoke to an Agent by the Name of Refilwe Magopa, i told her that I would like to down grade my DSTV to a lower premium, She did not do it now today I am calling DSTV to find out exacly what we need to pay this month i am told that i need to pay more R1000.00.</p> <p>How it my problem that they did not downgrade the account when I requested them to do so?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like an explanation from these people .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
