Bad Bad, Incompotent
<p>I took out a contract with DSTV in order to get the Explorer, the decoder was delivered on Monday, Tuesday I had the dish installed and found that the decoder is faulty, Imediately I contacted DSTV in order to have this sorted out. Today on Wednesday they tell me I must go to a DSTV branch and have it swopped, I stay 150km away from the nearest branch yet I must replace something (Brand new) that is not working. They then tell me they can have it picked up but it might take longer than a week. This is not acceptable. When you speak to a manager they just say they will escalate it, how many channels must you go through in order to speak to the person that does the work and that is not going to escalate it. I mean seriously. </p>
