BAD , BAD Dstv

Please , please never take out a price lock deal , we app**** and got nothing but bad service aggressive unhelpful call center agents.

We were off air for a week and spend R3 000 on calls as they put you on hold for hours @ a time without assisting. I cried begged threatened to cancel I did everything the call center agent " different person every time was just put you on hold " i think they get a share of the time spend on the call as we held on and on and on !!!.

Even up to today we only have one TV working having had 3 decoders for 15 years which worked perfectly but when the approved fitment installers come out they changed everything and charged me R1500 extra to get the stuff to work they way it worked in the past " but still does not work " and was informed it we do not have to pay in anything " but everything according to installer was wrong.

I will make a statement this will be the next telkom , post office municipal office , test stations , police department s you will never ever get service from them again - stay away they are bad news I wish I could cancel my service but do not have a back up as yet but we are investigating alternatives
