Bad bad bad .....worse service from this company can thry just shut down fir the nxt perdon to not fall to this

Iv never had such service from agents to their team leaders I call as m on the lowest package account under my husband why he went and paid dstv i dnt know he was told to pay almost 400 which he did to my surprise we still on the lowest package i call to get clearity why the amount m told of things i ddnt want active i tell the girl to cancel and put it on the compact package mind u it the 7th when once i was told i can change packages on this payment date well girl was rude , sarcastic and ful of all wrong customer service ethics .no sympathy did build rapour and and i ask. Well after the payment made m told i should pay an extra 300 and some odd rands i ask why they telking fee to upgrade wow so 4 a compact package i now suppose to pay R700 ...i ask to speak to a manage thry hung up on me Call again call disconnect Call again get sinixolo who i ask to speak to a manager the girl was worse i dnt know if shes new or soesnt understand English girl left me hanging came back did not apologize i asked for her managers name she game a nickname mk which i had to force her to give me her managers name she ddnt told my self she will give me that nane she **** her manager is not available thats when i went all crazy demanded the name and surname she just went silent came bck with the name mbangi ...mbanfe who ended up taking the call we spoke to him together with my husband guess what call disconnected he never call back hence m writing this .i dnt know why multi choice is still in business with such people that are representing the company wow and wow all i cn say m with out service we made payment and mbangi or what ever his name is left us hanging mina i wana know how to get my money back as i alwsys get a ****ty service from this company ....i ddnt make the psyment i wouldn't have if i knew he will pay i eid hv stopped him on the go how do i get my money back multi choice can keep their service's .***.......widh this cslls cn be listen tooo number *** last call made from ghst number .
