Bad bad bad service

Incorrect payment made to Dstv Multichoice on the 22/10/19 till today they have not bothered to reverse my money or contacted me. Been calling them everyday but to no avail! Consultants are telling me within 24-48hrs your money will be reversed, team leaders advise that I should go to the branch and than they will do it immediately cause they have a system that support that. Got at the branch and the lady have no sense of customer service, she should be working with dogs instead of assisting customers! Clearly Multichoice have not competent staff working for them, they lack in knowledge of the business and customer service! My money is been pending there from the time I called them to reverse it!!!
