BAD BAD BAD SERVICE DSTV

If I could give -5 I would!! DSTV, I have been complaining months on end now that your series movies etc does not play on my device whilst streaming, and IF they do play it takes over 45 min to open a episode. I have a 20/20 fibre line so please don’t tell me it is the fibre!! No one seems to want to help on your side?!!!
