<p>I paid for the 2 decoders on my father in laws name. </p> <p> </p> <p>Once paid, as per DTSV`s instruction I went through to the DSTV offices to change the one decoder into my name. </p> <p> </p> <p>They did it without allocating funds from my father in laws account to mine. So now I owed them R560 odd even though my father in laws accdoutn was in credit of R560</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not easy to get those funds re-allocated so I had to get him to sign a form and sent tit through to DSTV. The form clearly states that they should please allocate the R560 in credit on my father in laws account to my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>No, why would they do that? when they can take the entire funds in my father in laws account and transfer it to my account with the end resukt being that my father in laws account was disabled due to non payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Like how incompotent can you be?</p> <p> </p> <p>Still not sorted</p>
