Bad bad bad service

I don't believe this is what it has come to, every month I fight with multichoice, there is always an increase in my subscriptionat first I paid it but now, today I woke to an amount of R1414 for TV and my payment date is the first but I woke up and my de order is blocked, if it not their staff talking nonsense it their system doing nonsense, this is abuse, even thinking of canceling their service
