Bad Bad Bad DSTV service

I cancelled 4 yrs ago due to poor service. I received an email via Mweb regarding a DSTV Streaming service. It looked like a solution for my past problems. NOT SO, herewith a short report on what happened: - signed up and received sign in details and welcome. - dowloaded App on cell and TV. - opened App on TV and found limited services only. - called agent (waiting 15 minutes) and was told I must pay pro rata amount of R485 before full bouquet will be available. - I pay (against my better judgement) - still limited bouquet only. - call again and new agentbtakes call .An hour later and I was told 1. they activated mybold accoubt 2. they were not aware of the Mweb payment method and streaming offer 3. I must speak to accounts to cancel the DSTV decoder service which was activated by mistake 4. a new account number was assigned 5. reload App and try again. Still no success. This is on half the story. I called again and was given new instructions. Still no joy. Now a new menace called CAPTCHA appears on the scene. What a disaster. More calls to Multichoice and I'm near breaking point and no further in the resolve. Very very bad. Avois at all costs.
