Bad bad bad Dstv accounts dep
Bad bad bad.... After deducting 4k off my account, 1 month later, aloooot of phones call and still no refund? After speaking to different people over the weeks only finding out 3 off the previous dstv employees not even lodged my complaint.. Still no answers and every person I speak to has the same saying "it will only take 3-5 working days" well one month in and still waiting on my money refund...

You have certainly not phoned me or my wife.. Im really getting fed up its always the same story.. Always saying its sorted the a week passes the i have to phone again,only to hear you guys saying the same story... Im ready to approach the necessary authorities as i did not authorise you guys to deduct 4k off my account and 1month later no refund just same stories and same apologies.
