BAD BAD BAD!!! Customer service from Jabulani and Maponya

I am having a nightmare of service agents at Maponya mall and Jabulani DSTV. I was called by an agent offering me a decoder insurance and they advised me should my decoder stop working they will give me a new one with installation.

I took the offer now that my decoder isn't functioning and go to swap it, I am told they can only offer me a decoder and no installation. I must get my installation to buy a R450 smart LNB and get installer that I Wil pay R400 for installation.

I just wonder if other agencies operate like these 2 that ripped me off my installation... reasoning behind that was they have a box full of installation vouchers that multichoice hasn't paid and they cannot give installation anymore. I hope someone does something about this situation coz its not inline with competition authority, that's false adverti*****t
