Bad attitude/bad service

Called just now at 7 my number is ********** 486 spoke to a Dimakatso....before I could give the agent my passport number....she was reading an ID to which I corrected her that it's a passport.she told me to calm down to which I responded ...what do u mean?she then put the on the side without hanging on me but no longer interested to talk me.had to hang up as I was put on hold without being told reason for that.unfortunately she didn't say her surname.Now that's poor customer service at its best.u can't have emotional people in customer service.
