Bad attitude towards customers

I had a problem with my dstv there was no picture and called the call centre yesterday evening when the urgent answered my call she was not welcoming wanted to speak only Zulu language to me while trying to explain the problem she hanged the call on my ear and dropped my call without helping me I'm very ungry with dstv company multichoice they don't respect their customers
