Bad attitude/ not interested in their jobs/

Like how lazy can these people be just to calculate amount to pay and give me so I can pay, 1st consultant I don't thin even read my request on messenger because he just gave amount to pay on current package, than I Wendt to DStv.com the consultant didn't even try she advised me on the amount I pay when m on months m to month on access she didn't pro-rata it and when I asked I normally pay that for a full month subscription on access she just advise pay what is advised the attitude ka Kgomotso it's what ****ed me off when she didn't do her job like really!!! Why do you have people who are not interested in working?? Advisor on wrong information is not ohk
