BAD ATTITUDE

I have never felt so beliittled like this today i called multichoice with regards to my account they had informed me that my debite order for this month this month R809 and i was suprised because they always debite R733. so when i called i spoke to an agent Nondumiso Ngwenya who was not interested in speaking to me, the reason i say so is when she answered her phone she was speaking to her friends and then i explained my problem to her she was just not interested she was speaking over me and making me feel like i dont know what i am talking about then the next thing i know she just transferred me to someone else. That is not how you treat your clients I am paying a lot of money every month and again it's not my fault that extra money will be deducted the mistake was on their side and not mine i am even thinking of cancelling this whole thing
