Bad attitude about wrong billing

Dstv (Multichoice) collects more than we owe and they prefer to ignore any requests for detail. Is there a ombud or comminications platform where the can be reported for investigation for abusing customers (like the Cunsumer Board)? They seems to think that they can do what they want because there is no competition for them.
