Bad attitude!!
POOR service. The lady I'm talking to made me hold for a very long time and she has a bad attitude, no willingness to assist.

26 Jun 2020, 19:05I have been on hold for almost over an hour now. More like the agent wants to show me who's boss, by delaying because I have explained my issue to her and even sent a proof of payment. Pathetic!
