Bad attitude

I really understand why half the people I know left dstv years ago, I be joining them soon I launched a query last week Friday- still waiting for a manager to call me, I have since called numerous times, to enquirer on my feedback- but I get the same response- our MANAGERS ARE IN A MEETING, even if it 9-30 PM, DSTV is really just a big joke. My wife even ask the gentlemen not to be rude to her he gave her wrong names. Surely even now Managers are in the meeting u guys will ignore me
