Bad attidtude & service

I have been a DSTV Extra user and upgraded my services on Saturday, 25 April 2015 to DSTV premium. I then advised the agent assisting me that I would like to downgrade on 29 April 2015. She advised me that she can arrange a scheduled downgrade and I agreed to it. I also asked if I must make any additional payments and she said no as my account is in a credit. When calling into the Multi choice contact centre today Robert advised me that I have to cough up R440 because I didn't downgrade on the 29th or 30rd. This was not my mistake<br> <br> On 26 April I purchased a DSTV HD decoder and activated it informing DSTV that I am replacing my old decoder and today I was informed by DSTV that they are charging me for 2 decoders......<br> <br> What is up with your service...Robert you have to work on your customer service skills. I am not prepared to make additional payments due to the mistake of Multichoice. Your evidence can be found in your voice recordings. I have been on the line with Multichoice for more than 30 minutes and Robert was unable to resolve my problem.
