Bad app
Access package has the supersport channel 202 PSL . it does not allow me to watch it . Channel denied . Please sort it out I'm paying for the channel .
Message below on the app .

19 Apr 2024, 10:02Amazing how *********** Multichoice call centre agents . Yesterday afternoon they delinked my package but forgot to link my package again .
Was also told that supersport 202 is not part of the package but it displays on my app .
How *********** the IT guys are .
Phoned last night but was told to contact live chat. .Took ages to speak to anybody .
DSTV stream app extremely bad . No wonder it's got 1.5 stars . Nobody in DSTV IT department wants to sort out the mess .
How multichoice as a Company can be so profitable . Hopefully Canal+ takes them over .
