Bad and useless customer service
Useless useless. Everytime I want to connect my holiday unit it is a endless Struggle. They dont now what they are doing. It sometimes takes up to 7 or 8 calls to get hold of them. Then they will put you on hold until the phone goes dead. This happens every single I try to connect my units Useless useless
