Bad and Useless

This company is a joke. I overpaid my account last weekend still waiting for them to refund. Send proof of payment and account statement but still no refund till today. My debit orders with other companies are returning unpaid and the Bank will charge me extra charges for that. Payment was made on the 20th of September. And they will not return my money with interest. But the are so quick to disconnect their service why are they no so quick to do the refund as they have all the proof. You have my 10500 in your account. What more must I do for you to see how serious I am? Will you pay Bank interest on my account for unpaid debit orders.
