Bad and terrible service

Poor service recieved, my account was suspended while the payment is done and charged connection fee and Disney plus i didn't agree too. Proof of payments sent and i asked to down grade from compact to account from next month and my account was connected but already with the access channels. I'm not happy at all my account was paid on the 02/05/2023 and my account was suspended on the 06/05/2023 even after sending the proof of payments my account still shows I'm owing.
