Bad and Poorer services

we are so disappointed on the service that we are receiving from DSTV, we had two point extra view installed at home but we wanted the third view set up , we were told that we just need the explorer decoder so that we connect it with the existing decoders so that we can get the third view extra view, a sale agent called and offered us the explorer with installation at 179pm and we told him what we wanted to do and we agree we took the decoder cause now we will get the third view extra view that we wanted, the decoder came and the installer came and i told him what we wanted and he said that he wasn't advised about that and he cant only do the extra view with two view and not the third view extra view cause the decoder we have the are only for two view i need to get another explorer, today i went to the DSTV agency in Maponya mall to confirm if we have correct decoders for the third view and I was told that the decoder I have they can do third view extra view, we took the explorer thinking that we will have the third view extra view but I'm ending up with what we had before taking the explorer which is two view and I will be paying 179pm for 24 months for the explorer, DSTV just cheated us to be on a contract for 24 month for a services that we didn't receive which is the third view extra view..
