Bad and poor service

Last weekend 1 Sep. No channels active channel 101, 106 etc. Channel 211 error code 48. Here was no bad weather. Phoned DSTV went through all "fixes" only to be informed. Must take decoder to walk in store. Monday- Friday all of a sudden all channels working again and no errors. Here comes Saturday 7 Sep, same story again. How can everything work fine and today again same issues!!!!! Then I have a pay as you go phone. My airtime wasted for being on phone for more than 20 min. Thjs is ridiculous and poor service!!!!!!
