Bad and poor service

To date I have not received any response in regards with my review, I constantly getting error code E48 and keep on calling call center and they are clue less you can imagine my frustration in getting in the manner multi choice is running their service to the people who have been loyal to them for more than 20 year and in return they pay you with poor and bad pathetic service. The worst part when calling call center asking for contact numbers for sales, they say they don't know their numbers they will tell them to call such a big company with *********** staff. I am still waiting even today also don't have service no TV nothing.
