BAD admin/finance department??
I am writing this review on behalf of my 82 year old mother. Since September 20223 a 2 year contract was confirmed with her for the amount of R879 per month. This is what she payed eversince. This month - invoice nr ***, they deducted R1359.97. WHY? - Can this please be corrected urgently and the amount of R480.97 be paid back to her.
