Bad account handling and *********** agents

Still no feedback from Multichoice. Extremely horrible service. They holding R5005.00 and disconnected the service with no efforts on trying to fix their mistake. No correspondence made since the enquiry 2weeks back. This company somehow look like they running a scham.
