Bad Absolutely bad service

<p>On Friday the 3rd Mar.`17 at 17:34 I called customer services as my account my due but didn`t have enough for my current subscription, I spoke to Shamira and specifically told her to downgrade me from Compact to Access. I immediately went into Pep stores and paid R100 but to my surprise today my account is being suspended meaning I only paid for 4 days only.</p>
