I upgraded to a 24 price lock with DStv, in August 2021 I was billed incorrectly, they rectified it saying the discount was added incorrectly, I asked them, when can I upgrade, I was told that I can upgrade after 26 September 2021, when I check my balance, I can see that still I’ve been charged a full subscription without a discount, the agents keeps telling me that I can only upgrade in September , I’ve been told that the upgrade team will contact me, till to date they haven’t called me, and I am refusing to pay the full subscription where by I’ve been giving run around regarding my accounts and being upgraded, DStv will compensate me for full free subscription till next year
