Backdated debit on account

<p>Disconnected DSTV on 22 February at 14h46pm. Call of 7 minutes. Account up to date. Reconnected DSTV on 13 July 2016 at DSTV office in PMB. As I have 3 accounts that our family has access to, we checked all accounts. All showed no outstanding amounts. DSTV guy informed me to pay R971 for remainder of month and 1 full month in advance ****il end of August). This i did. Now DSTV disconnected and looking for R844 from me. Apparently cannot trace disconnection to 22 February --- They say i disconnected on 15 March 2016. (PS did not have a TV from Mid February to Mid July as we were moving). I give up. According to my working out i am still owed a credit from 22 February till end of month. Account number: ********** 6</p>
