I am not only disgusted however I am appalled by the service and assistance I have been getting. My account was suspended and the reasons stated was I am owing for a decoder that I do not have and charged to be on Premium account when I have never asked. We all know that there is ***** done in the call center where they can add someone's decoder on your number without knowledge. After they found out that the decoder is definitely not mine they now say I must pay for reconnection fee that they imposed on my account. I will not pay that amount and I want this resolved because it is now 3 weeks that I need to run around and calls that are appalling with rude agents. The number I am available on is ***
