On the 28 November 2023 I made a mistake when I was paying my DSTV account I payed R7769 instead of paying R769 I go and report it to our Multichoice Mdantsane branch then the consultant helped me and we sent all the requested documents, till today I haven’t received my money from Multichoice since 28 November, which is R6000 more I don’t know what are they doing with my I’m calling them every day using my money to buy airtime and they always promising that it’s processed please Multichoice I want my money my kids are suffering because of you. This the reference number of the query ***1 and my customer number ***2.
