So my mom went to dstv to exchange my decoder because its damaged and i have insurance , when she gets to Multichoice in Maponya mall she was told that she will only get the decoder and not the remote nor the box or cables that come with the new decoder. the assistant open the box an took everything and gave my mom the decoder and told her that the insurance does not cover the other parts.
