Good day I received a decoder from a friend I contacted your call centre and they gave me a list of documents to put together. I did put the documents and emailed them now I did a follow up only to be told that i cant submit online I have to go to the walk in centre beacuse we use passports. That will be a bit inconveniencing me and a friend who gave me the decoder. Anyway the friend relocated to Joburg and getting hold of her will be a challenge for me. Please school me why cant I do it online. I don't want to pull the foreigner card but its a bit unfair and inconveniencing as well. I feel discriminated
