What good service , our a supper star turning a very bad situations in to a awesome experience , I called in very angry about this insurance refund and cancelations on a old decoder ,u tried sorting it out for 2 and a half years , I first spoke to a lady in the call center , she transferred me to Thepo Motsoane in the insurance department , not only did calm me down to a mild panic he actually canceled the insurance and will I was on the line did the refund for me he really went out of his way and supp**** awesome service overall ,I take my hat of to u old chap , please let the other agents learn from him .....
