Awesome service
I went to one of the DSTV agencies in Jabulani Mall this morning, to change my decoder as it was faulty. I was then assisted by a guy named Kabelo and he was just brilliant. He answered all my questions and ensured that I am assisted 100%. He provided me with pertinent info with regards to the new decoder and I was just overwhelmed with the service received. I hope he gets to be acknowledged for this as he is so customer orientated. I truly thank him and he just needs to keep up it!!!
