AWESOME Service.....

I am so overwhelmed by the great conversation with Shane Kinders about a minute ago. I called in to enquire how much I should pay in order to reconnect my DSTV viewing and was blown away. Firstly Shane has excellent manners, he did not put me on hold for anything. He kept me updated on how he was helping me with my query and I can tell he knows not only his product but his system as well. Secondly, he went the extra mile by notifying me of the price increases that will be coming into effect soon, that on it's own was just super because by the time I get the notification via email I will not be shocked.
