Awesome Service

I would like to comment the DSTV customer service in JHB for awasome service. Especially Ntombenhe Nsele and Preicous Ndwalaza. It is really rare that you receive excellent service nowadays. Short story: My Dstv was switched off, i changed banks and made payment, but did not input my reference number. On the night when i called, Ntombemhe answered. I asked her to call me back as my airtime was running out, due to me holding for some time. In less than 5 min she called back and assisted me every step of the way. Even though the issue escalated to the next morning, as i had to send Proof of payment, where I was assisted by Precious. They called back, followed up. All i can say was Great Service, You guys made an angry customer a happy customer in no time. Keep it up!!!!!! DSTV look after your GEMS as they are rare.
