Awesome online customer services
I would like to share my experiences of DSTV live chat on the DSTV Now app. I have had about 2-3 issues which was for eg, an incorrect payment amount shown on the app etc and without a doubt I could just log into a live chat and they sort the issue out within minutes of me logging in. I am very impressed with DSTV Live Chat the WhatsApp sometimes has a few glitches but I can always count on their online team as well as customer care services over the phone. Thank you so much DSTV for always coming through for your customers
