Awesome customer service

<p>I had to take my decoder back to Multichoice yesterday, in Randburg. The place was extremeley HOT, the A/C's were struggling to keep both staff and clients cool. I waited for approx 20 mins to be attended. The lady who helepd me is called Busi and she is a credit to them, She was very very helpful. I ended up having to get a new decoder as the old was was finished, she very kindly set it all up for me, made sure the remote doesn't interfere with my other decoder. Was very friendly and we chatted about a lot of things. DSTV, Busi is an awesome employee. Please say thank you to her. </p>
