Awesome!
Had an issue with my account and called your call centre on the Tuesday last week 02/02/2016. I spoke to Bohlale Matimolane who was very helpful. She was attentive and promised she was going to mail me feedback on Friday 05/02/2016. Friday at 7:30 I had a mail from her with feedback. I was very impressed with this type of service. Keep it up!
