Awaiting Refund to be deposited into my bank account

I have been waiting on a refund since May - R525 in total.I called the contact centre on 13 June 2020 and was advised to go in to the customer centre at N1 City to request the refund as I did not have a debit order. I did this, and the consultant that assisted me, Kalan Fortune advised that it would take 7 working days for the funds to reflect in my bank account. Needless to say, this has not happened. I called again today and spoke to Ayanda, she did not want to give surname, but gave me a Reference number ***5-I153. She advised that there is nothing more that she can do for me. I must wait 7 - 14 working days. I find this most unacceptable as I have already been waiting 17 working days. Please can you pay me my refund immediately. Thanks
