Avoid price lock if you can.
I signed up for price lock for R829pm now 4 months down the line I'm being charged additional amounts for installation fees and I'm told I will be charged this until the end of my contract. What's the use of locking the price when additional fees will be added on months later. I'm now paying the same on price lock then when I was paying month to month which defeats the purpose.

I have mentioned that the app is now saying my debit order installment is R919 (as if I'm paying month to month). Which is totally wrong. If you going to charge me the same for price lock as month to month please cancel the price lock then as R919 is not what I agreed to for price lock. Let me go back to month to month so that I can leave DSTV as soon as fiber is installed.
