******, ******, ******! AVOID MULTI-CHOICE.

This is my second complaint regarding DsTV. Really poor customer services. if you have a way, please avoid dealing with these ******.

I accidentally paid for the decoder services which I asked to be canceled. I then paid for the streaming services and it's now not working.

I paid for two services and yet none are working. I was promised a refund for the decoder services more than a week ago with nothing at all.

I'm now told my streamer package is not active yet I paid for it? The Facebook, Online chat and WhatsApp services are really useless in dealing with my enquiry.

By any means, please avoid dealing with Multi-Choice. They really do not care, I paid for two subscription, no refund or services!

I have a lot of reference numbers for my enquiries but no resolution what so ever!

This has to be the worst company ever!
