Automatic uprades
Second text this month, my DStv have just upgraded again. At the beginning of theonth they said they will check what's causing the upgrade but nothing changed. I can't pay 200 for 1 day only and again expected to pay my subscription. This has been going on for 6 month and I'm tired of calling and writing emails to dstv.

I called you an your agent told me to wait for you because there is nothing he can do rather than to downgrade me and I pay 417. You have to understand that for us to be on certain packages is what we afford. I paid 120 on the 6th and I'm expected to pay 417 today and on the 6th September you'll want 120. Where will I take such money while I'm unemployed? Fix your error now, because is like you are waiting for it to disconnect so that you'll tell me about connection fee. I'm tired of this errors which take place every month, I no longer enjoy watching my TV cause I always have to constantly check if it's still on my package or not. Please fix this cause I don't have the money and I don't want premium
