Automatic re'connection

I had an amount of R1,931 that must be paid by 31 May, when I called Dstv they said its an automatic reconnection of a decoder that I no longer have. They reversed some monies and there's a R587 that seems to be lingering, I've been calling multichoice for more than a week now. All the agents are escalating the query "so they say" to no vail. Can someone please tell me what in the world is happening at Multichoice!!!!!!!
