automated voice systems

For the past week ive been trying to get someone to help me with my extra view since its not recieving communication from the primary decoder, what makes me angry is that I am calling with my own airtime and I am being charged but have not spoken to a consultant to assist me allmi get is the automated answering machine that is just saying bull that wont help me with anything, because they are quick to remind us to pay but when its time to deliver they fail, I am really disgusted with this service
