Made a grave mistake yesterday by EFT'ing R9580-00 to Multichoice instead of R95-80. I now need everything short of a blood sample to get my money back. This is my mortgage payment that is due on the 07/08/2015 but Multichoice can only promise 10 to 30 working days for a refund. This is ridiculous, it's MY MONEY & I want it today. It's reflecting in your bank account since the moment I EFT'd the money. Cancel my subscription if u have to, just give me MY MONEY!
