HI,

So i bought a decoder at Game and decided i will go open an account at Multichoice branch at Pretoria bloed street. When i got there after travelling for an 45 minutes on sunny Saturday to get nice service ,i find a lady who tells me she is too tired to assist and i laugh about nicely asking for assistance, she then starts telling me that i will have to pay R100.00 to open an account and after that i will have to pay the monthly Subscription fee .doubtly i refused to pay and decide i will go home and call mutlichoice for help and they gladly helped , until all was done i decided to ask if we pay fee at branches and they said no the lady was trying rob me that R100.

so i traveled there for nothing , my money i spent on transport and time was in vein and the money i spent for airtime which was more than R70 to get help from call centre would have been avoided if the lady had helped.
